Chief Services Incorporated was formed by Anthony Freire, USN Retired. Anthony Freire served proudly in the United States Navy as an NSA Analyst aboard Fast Attack, Los Angeles Class, Submarines. Chief Services was started with the motto to provide Quality Work, Outstanding Customer Service, Peace of Mind Installation, and Service with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
